THE PROCESS

LET'S CHAT

I offer a complementary 30 minute consult that you can book here. Let's get to know each other, talk about your video clip library project and see if we're a good fit for working together.

2.

PROPOSAL

I'll write a proposal of work based on our chat and send it to you. If you want to move ahead, reply to my email and we’ll move onto the next step.

3.

INVOICE & CONTRACT

I'll send you a contract to sign & invoice to pay. I usually take 50% upfront to secure your spot but I also have 3-month payment plans for any project over $1,000.

4.

KICK-OFF!

We schedule our strategy session and get to work! I can't wait to make videos with you!

FAQ

  • Delivery of video is approximately 2 weeks after the shoot

    Average timeline: 4-6 weeks

    Once the contract is signed & the invoice is paid, we will schedule your strategy meeting.

    At the strategy meeting we’ll book the day of the shoot when we’re clear on location & what we need to bring. Usually the shoot is booked approximately 2 weeks from the planning session. Enough time for us to gather what we need, but not enough time to lose steam.​

  • Plan to spend approximately 5 hours on your Brand Video. Our planning meeting is one hour, the shoot is two hours and you’ll want to account for some time to pick your outfits and gather any props.

    If you are getting hair and/or makeup done on the day of the shoot, make sure you account for that time too.

  • A Video Clip Library starts at $695.

    Additional services like fully edited social media videos or a consulting session on how to use your videos, or Brand Photography can be added for an additional fee. Book a discovery call and let’s chat about it!

  • Everyone feels embarrassed or uncomfortable about being on video at first. It was a real shocker for me when I started filming people how self-conscious even the most confident people can be when they get in front of a camera. And the hard truth is, the only way to get over it is to practice until it feels like no big deal. Your friends and family might think you’re cringe, but they aren’t the ones responsible for running your business and making your dreams come true.   • Not to worry, I’ll handle the tech side of shooting the video. Your job is to show up ready to be yourself in front of the camera. If you’re not sure how to use your video clips when we’re done, you can schedule a consult with me and I’ll show you how.

  • Yes! A Video Clip Library shoot pairs quite nicely with a Brand Photo shoot. I am happy to work with any photographer you choose but highly recommend Inka Taurus Photography.

    Whoever you choose to be your photographer, let's get together to plan the shoot. We usually have to account for a bit more time to combine photo & video together.
